Duct Cleaning in Eastern North Carolina

“I could not have had a better experience. I was impressed with the company's integrity and the extra efforts they put in to make sure the work was done to the highest quality. The technician took the time to walk me through everything step by step and make sure all my questions were answered. I was impressed with his knowledge, answering questions that were even outside of his work for me. The price was more than fair and I would definitely use him again without hesitation. I highly recommend!”

“Home Disaster Medics responded quickly to our need for a mold inspection at our 20-year-old coastal home. We had some potential problem spots in our attic and under the house in our crawl spaces. They were on time, professional, thorough, and clearly had a wealth of knowledge about mold issues and its remediation. Highly recommend Home Disaster Medics for any water or mold emergencies. We were educated on what to look out for into the future and will be adding them to our period maintenance schedule. Bonus: without being asked, they wore shoe protection in the house!”

“I have worked with Andrew multiple times and his customer service is unparalleled; he always goes above and beyond. He arrives on time, and if he isn’t going to arrive at that time, he always lets me know. He is a great problem solver and does meticulous work. Andrew is organized, dedicated to doing an excellent job and charges a fair price. Most importantly, he is a really good person, and that comes through in every aspect of his work. I have worked with several different restoration companies in the past, so If you live in Eastern North Carolina and are in need of emergency restoration services, I would whole-heartedly recommend Home Disaster Medics.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were the only ones that were willing to come out to my home at midnight when my house flooded. The entire team truly went above and beyond. They were there for me every step of the way. They’re professional, kind, and patient. Walked me through the things I didn’t understand. And they were incredibly respectful in my home. Easy going and worked around my life and schedule and pets and kids as best as they could. I felt comfortable with them working on my house when I was there or when I wasn’t. They did an excellent job on my floors and kitchen. They would even bring in my packages for me when they were working. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my house at this point. I’m really happy with how the repairs turned out. It looks really good. I hope I never have to but if I do they’re the only ones I’m calling.”
